Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) strengthened its push to build a resilient, aviation-driven smart city as it partnered with Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering) Group for a Smart Urban Development Workshop held on November 25, 2025.

The session, led by CIAC Chief Urban Designer Ar. Ranilo V. Liwanag, STEURS Senior Vice President Jon Lim, and Director for International Marketing and Business Development Christabelle Tan—focused on Singapore’s leading smart-city practices and how these can guide Clark’s aerotropolis development.

The collaboration marks another step in CIAC’s strategy to integrate global expertise into building a future-ready Clark.
