The Angeles City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), led by City Engineer Donato Dizon, on September 30, 2023 conducted an anti-smoking apprehensions at the Pampang Public Market.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. reiterates that smoking in public places is prohibited.
The violators were issued citation tickets with penalties which will be paid at the City Treasurer’s Office.
Meanwhile, Engr. Dizon vows to continue the operation in random places as per Mayor Lazatin’s instructions to strictly implement City Ordinance 431 — Chapter 10 or the Smoke-Free Environment in Public and Enclosed Places.
