Mabalacat City Mayor Geld Aquino welcomed San Manuel, Tarlac officials led by Mayor Doña Cresencia “Donya” Tesoro during a benchmarking visit at Mabalacat City College (MCC) on Tuesday, August 5.

Mayor Tesoro, who plans to establish a high-quality yet affordable community college in San Manuel, identified MCC as a leading model for their study.

The delegation toured MCC’s facilities and received an overview of its operations from MCC President Sonny De Guzman and Sangguniang Panlungsod Education Committee Chair Patricia Acorda. They highlighted MCC’s best practices in delivering accessible, world-class education to Mabalacat City and nearby communities.

The visit fostered knowledge exchange and strengthened inter-LGU ties, paving the way for possible collaborations and affirming MCC’s reputation as a model of educational excellence.
