On March 20, 2025, Senator Pia Cayetano paid a courtesy visit to Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr.

A strong advocate for sports as part of a holistic youth development program, Cayetano highlighted the importance of disease prevention and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. During the visit, Mayor Lazatin presented Cayetano with a One Town, One Product (OTOP) souvenir, which the senator admired for its local craftsmanship.

Cayetano also took the opportunity to visit the Kadiwa ni Kita at Ani, a community initiative housed at the City Hall.

Joining the welcome were Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, City Tourism Officer Anneleen Sugui, Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer Irish Bonus-Llego, and members of the City Nutrition Office and City Social Welfare and Development Office.
