Pinoy Young Musicians, and Children’s Joy Foundation Inc. on December 6, 2023 serenaded Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. at the Mayor’s Office Lobby.
During the serenade, Mayor Pogi was joined by Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, who helped the mayor hand over the personal donations to the members of Pinoy Young Musicians, and Children’s Joy Foundation Inc.
