Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. kicked off Halloween festivities by hosting a Trick-or-Treat event for Day Care students at the Mayor’s Office on October 29, 2024.
With the help of Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel and City Social Welfare and Development Officer Edna Duaso, Mayor Lazatin handed out candies to excited young trick-or-treaters.
Adding to the fun, Mayor Lazatin awarded cash prizes for Best in Costume to three young participants: John Christopher Deang, John Raymond Deang, and Jhaeda Lorielle Villanueva. The Deang brothers entertained the crowd as the “Longganisa Boys,” while Villanueva impressed with his eerie Pennywise costume.
Also present were City Councilors Atty. Arvin Suller and Dan Lacson, joining in the spirit of the celebration.
