National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) Executive Director Carminda R. Arevalo and Tarlac Governor Susan Yap led today the unveiling of the Tarlac Capitol marker.
The unveiling was witnessed by Tarlac Vice Governor Atty. Carlito S. David, former NHCP Director Dr. Lino Dizon, and other officials of Tarlac province.
