In partnership with the Provincial Government of Tarlac and other local government units, Tarlac City officials, led by Mayor Susan Yap, conducted a benchmarking visit to the I.C.E. Hub Facility in Pasig City to study modern and sustainable waste management solutions.

The visit aimed to provide local officials with firsthand knowledge of innovative systems and best practices that could help improve waste management operations toward a cleaner and more organized Tarlac City.

The initiative forms part of the city’s continuing efforts to strengthen environmental programs and enhance public service delivery through the adoption of sustainable and technology-driven solutions.
