Governor Christian Yap, representing the Provincial Government of Tarlac, and Mayor Kat Roxas of Paniqui formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to fund the renovation and improvement of the Paniqui General Hospital.

The signing was witnessed by Vice Governor Estelita “Lita” Aquino and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, underscoring the province’s commitment to strengthening local healthcare services.

The initiative is part of the provincial government’s “Kalusugan Muna” program, which aims to deliver accessible, affordable, and quality medical care for every Tarlaqueño through stronger partnerships with local government units and other agencies.
