Governor Susan Yap congratulates Cornerstone Baptist Deaf Academy, Inc. student Maria Isabela Nicole D. Pili, National Champion in Storytelling in Filipino Sign Language in the 2024 National Festival of Talents (NFOT) held recently in the City of Naga, Cebu.
Governor Yap said Maria Isabela Nicole Pili’s success is an inspiration to many young people, especially the hearing impaired. “You have shown that there is no obstacle to a person with determination and talent.”
The Governor expressed pride for Pili, and wishes that she continues to be a role model and inspiration to all.
