Jasmin, a scholar, is one of three siblings whose education is funded by her parents’ hard work, selling balut to support their schooling. She’s among over 420 young Kapampangans supported by the Tulong Dunong Program of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in partnership with the Pampanga Provincial Government.

Each student receives ₱7,500 in educational assistance, personally distributed by Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Holy Cross College President Elmer Nucum, and other officials from the institution.

A program initiated by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Tulong Dunong aims to provide financial assistance to qualified indigent students, helping them pursue their college degrees.

Governor Delta expressed deep gratitude to PBBM and CHED for their ongoing support in shaping a brighter future for Kapampangan youth.
