UPAYA at Museo Ning Angeles

UPAYA, an art exhibit commemorating the 32nd anniversary of the Mt. Pinatubo eruption, opened today, June 15 at Museo Ning Angeles.

UPAYA, a Kapampangan word which translates to ‘Authority’ or ‘Power’ is a joint project of the Angeles City Government, through the Angeles City Tourism Office (ACTO) and Pamitipun King Panyulung Ning Kalalangan at Amanang Kabiasnang Kapampangan.

Featured at UPAYA are the works of Kapampangan artists Arnel D. Garcia, Arnold Salunga, Lloyd Dacayanan, Chelssie Aven Pan, Aaron Dalusung Rivera, Joel Pabustan Mallari, Alvin Dungca, Erwin Torio,  Jascha Tolentino, Jennel Bodino, Cesario ‘Jojo’ La Madrid, Jr.,  Edwin Dizon Catli, Ronald Buenacifra, Jr.,  Vittorio Pantig, Harvey San Miguel, Aurelio De Guzman, Billy Corcuera, Edlyn Andrea Serrano, Nadine De Torre and Ann Lumba-Vitug.

The ceremonial ribbon cutting was led by Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, Pamitipun president Norman Tiotuico, Gamat Kapampangan president Dr. Vittorio Pantig, Angeles City Tourism Officer Anneleen Antonio-Sugui and Kuliat Foundation, Inc. (KFI) president Lincoln M. Baluyut.

UPAYA will be at Museo Ning Angeles until June 30, 2023.
