The driver of the car who hit a security guard posted at the main gate of Clark Freeport Zone in the morning of February 11 voluntarily surrendered to the Clark Development Corporation Public Safety Department (CDC-PSD) this morning, February 12.
CDC-PSD manager Herbert Angeles said the driver, whose identity is withheld pending investigation, reported to a barangay hall where he was picked up by CDC security and taken to the Philippine National Police- Traffic Management Group.
Meanwhile, Angeles added that the security guard, Gilbert Lopez Tabing, who has been complaining of body pains, has been taken for a CT scan today.
