Officials from Yokohama Tire Philippines Inc. paid a courtesy visit to Mabalacat City Mayor Geld P. Aquino today to hold preliminary discussions on potential corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in partnership with the Aquino administration.
During the meeting, both parties explored programs aimed at benefiting the Mabalacat community, including projects focused on public welfare and local development, such as the construction of new classrooms in the city.
The Yokohama officials also invited Mayor Aquino to attend the upcoming 30th-anniversary celebration of Yokohama Tire Philippines Inc., highlighting the company’s ongoing engagement with the city administration.
The meeting is expected to mark the beginning of a stronger partnership between the Mabalacat local government and Yokohama Tire Philippines Inc., fostering programs that will support the city’s residents.
