BUILDING CLARK TOGETHER. The Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) and Clark Development Corporation (CDC) Board of Directors and management raise a toast to a stronger partnership in developing Clark at their recent fellowship meeting in Clark, Pampanga.

BCDA and CDC – led by BCDA Chairman Delfin Lorenzana, CDC Chairman Atty. Ed Pamintuan, BCDA PCEO Joshua Bingcang and CDC PCEO Atty Agnes VST Devanadera – joined forces to discuss collaborative efforts in accelerating the development of Clark Freeport Zone and New Clark City and further developing Clark into a premiere gateway for business and tourism in Asia.
