DTI-3 rolls out first batch of payout for rice retailers
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 3, in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Department of Agriculture (DA), has successfully initiated the first batch of cash assistance to 336 qualified rice retailers in Central Luzon.
