Mayor Vilma Caluag led today the inspection of the rehabilitation and construction of CSFP’s new public market.

Mayor Vilma, responding to the woes of market vendors and consumers alike, insisted that the water supply system of the establishment should be completely functioning when it officially opens to the public.

The improvement is also seen with the installment of side railings for safety and protection, while power supply systems for both east and west wings of the structure are still in the works.

The chief executive has tapped City Councilor Ricky Hizon, Committee Chairperson for Market, Slaughterhouse and Economic Enterprises to oversee the said rehabilitation.
