Hausland Development Corporation, Timog Silangan Development Corporation and the Angeles City Local Government broke ground and laid the time capsule today, November 3, for the upcoming 2-storey, modern Police Station 5 in Barangay Pampang.
At the groundbreaking rites were Hausland Group executives led by CEO Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan, Assistant Treasurer and Comptroller Mary Jane Glinoga, Glenn Martin Glinoga, Patrick Tan and Timog Silangan Development Corporation’s Vice President Mario Trinidad Lazatin, with Atty. Pamela Lazatin, Melo Lazatin and Cecile Lazatin.
Meanwhile, the capsule laying ceremony was done by Pampanga 1st District Representative Carmelo “Jon” B. Lazatin II, Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, Executive Assistant V Raffy Angeles and Lt Leonido Maniago on behalf of Angeles City Police Director PCol. Juritz B. Rara.
Also present at the event were Barangay Pampang Captain Lydon De Luna and Barangay Cuayan Captain Raffy Candelaria.
The new Police Station 5 will be a 2-storey, air conditioned building with a total area of 200 sqm. It will have 14 parking slots, and the frontage will be aesthetically landscaped.
At the 119 sqm. ground floor lobby area will be the information counter and admin office. The investigator’s office and detention lobby – with 10 sqm. cells each for male and female detention cells – will also be at the ground floor.
Meanwhile, planned at the second floor are the station chief’s office, an armory, conference room, officers’ quarters, where four (4) single beds or two (2) bunk beds may fit, a waiting area and a bathroom/toilet.
Timog Silangan Development Corporation and Hausland Development Corporation are co-developers of several iconic Angeles City subdivision projects, namely Timog Residences Subdivision, Timog Park Homes, Hanin Town Subdivision. Their partnership will also give rise to a commercial establishment in the area.
