Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. on July 31, 2023 deployed the Ronda Bakuna bus at Angeles University Foundation Medical Center to inoculate their health workers with third booster shots.

Mayor Lazatin visits the said vaccination as the city government aims to fast-track the inoculation of the health workers.

Also in photos are City Health Officer Dr. Verona Guevarra, Rural Health Unit VI Resident Physician Dr. Cristine Joy Patio, and Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Rodolfo Simeon.

All eligible health workers or those under A1 category will receive bivalent COVID-19 booster vaccines, which is the third booster for frontline healthcare workers, with at least has four months interval from the second booster.

“Ginagawa po natin ito para sa goal ng siyudad na mabakunahan at bigyan ng dagdag proteksyon ang ating mga health workers dahil nandiyan pa rin po ang virus,” Lazatin said.
