Governor Delta has proudly announced that he has included a children’s section in the Pampanga Provincial Library. Initially, this section may accommodate 16 children who may read or play board games. The Provincial Library, which is located at the Pampanga Provincial Capitol, is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
