City of San Fernando-Pampanga has installed free internet service in 16 areas in CSFP, including City Market Plaza, City Town Center Park-Calulut, City College of San Fernando-Civic Center and 13 public schools:
Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag said this is part of her vision of transforming San Fernando into a Smart-Sustainable City, with the headship of City Information and Communications Technology Office, under Atty. James Francis Villanueva, and the help of its partner firms.
