As instructed by Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr., personnel of the City Social Welfare and Development Office, headed by Edna Duaso, personally delivered wheelchairs to three senior citizens in Barangays Pampang, Cutcut, and Cutud on January 12, 2024.
