InLife Sheroes is proud to partner with Mommy Mundo for MomCon 2024, an annual gathering of mothers, parents, and families, set to take place on November 23 at the Samsung Hall of SM Aura.
With the theme “Call to Connect,” this year’s MomCon focuses on fostering meaningful connections with oneself, within families, and with the world. This vision aligns with InLife Sheroes’ mission to empower women and support them in every aspect of their lives.
The event promises a day filled with insightful talks, engaging discussions, and practical workshops led by experts and advocates. Topics will range from self-awareness and parenting to navigating the complexities of the digital age. Attendees will gain valuable strategies for mental health and well-being, fostering healthy relationships, preparing children for education, and engaging responsibly with technology. InLife Sheroes will host a dedicated session to guide parents, especially mothers, on effectively managing family finances.
Mommy Mundo founder and MomCon 2024 host, Janice Crisostomo-Villanueva, shared the inspiration behind this year’s theme. “After the pandemic, our priorities shifted. I wanted to create something meaningful that addresses the needs of moms like me. Connection is the number one thing people need now—connection with ourselves, our kids, and the world around us, including technology,” she explained.
For InLife Sheroes Program Lead Josephine M. Gonzales, the collaboration with Mommy Mundo underscores the importance of empowering Filipino women. “The InLife Sheroes Advocacy and Movement, established in 2019, aims to empower women through financial literacy, health and wellness, women-specific solutions, and connections to social and business networks. This partnership with Mommy Mundo allows us to sow seeds of kindness and hope while encouraging women to take charge of their financial future,” Gonzales said.
MomCon 2024 will also feature a connection and networking session, a hallmark of Mommy Mundo’s inclusive and supportive community. “We’re proud to provide a safe space for parents to share stories and gain support. By nurturing relationships with fellow stakeholders, we believe we can create meaningful change for ourselves and our children,” Villanueva added.
Through this collaboration, InLife Sheroes and Mommy Mundo continue their shared mission of uplifting and empowering parents and families in meaningful, impactful ways.
