Angeles City Mayor Carmelo โ€œPogiโ€ Lazatin, Jr. announced that the city government will grant cash incentives to schools that excelled in the recently concluded Sinukwan Festival 2024.

The winners include:
๐Ÿ† Angeles City National Trade School (ACNTS): โ‚ฑ50,000
๐Ÿ† Cutud Elementary School (CES): โ‚ฑ40,000
๐Ÿ† Gueco Balibago Elementary School (GBES): โ‚ฑ20,000

โ€œThese incentives recognize the dedication and talent of our young Angeleรฑos,โ€ Lazatin said. โ€œTheir performances highlight the importance of nurturing the arts and preserving our Kapampangan heritage.โ€

Mayor Lazatin reiterated the city governmentโ€™s commitment to programs that empower the youth and promote cultural and artistic excellence.

โ€œOur students deserve our full support as they take their talents to bigger platforms,โ€ he added. โ€œOn behalf of the city government, I am proud of how they represented Angeles City with passion and pride.โ€

The mayor also thanked the teachers, coaches, and barangay officials who supported the schoolsโ€™ participation, emphasizing that the victory reflects the collective efforts of the community.
