On Monday, 27 January, Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit for Central Luzon Chief Police Col. Artemio B. Ricabo, and Assistant Chief Maj. Evangeline M. Gemeniano paid a courtesy call to Pampanga Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda. They were joined by Highway Patrol Group (HPG) Regional Chief Police Lt. Col. Joey Tomas Caise and Deputy Chief Lt. Col. Mohammad Abdulhalim.
During the visit, Governor Delta assured the Regional HPG and the Anti-Cybercrime Unit of the full support and cooperation of the Provincial Government.
