Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda was recently visited by beauty queens Rein Gonzales, who will be competing in the Queen of the World pageant in New York, and Krizel Tabalanza, a mother of four, who is set to compete in the Mrs. Philippines pageant. Gov. Delta wished both Kapampangan beauty queens luck and said they make Kapampangans proud.
