A total of 22 trainees, including 17 Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), have graduated from a three-month dressmaking course. The training was provided through the Development and Empowerment through Livelihood Training Assistance (DELTA) program by the Pampanga provincial government, overseen by the PWD Affairs Office (PDAO) of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office.

The graduates also received ₱8,000 in financial assistance and certificates of completion and participation from the Provincial Manpower Training Center.
