Department of Agriculture Secretary Francisco Laurel Jr. and Pampanga Fourth District Representative Anna York Bondoc-Sagum led the distribution of a P24 million government subsidy to duck raisers in Candaba and San Luis towns on Monday at Barangay Bahay Pare, Candaba.
They were joined by DA-3 Regional Director Eduardo Lapuz, Candaba Mayor Rene Maglangue, Fourth Board Member aspirant Nestor “Bay” Tolentino, and Barangay Chairman Carlito Mariano.
