Philippine Airlines (PAL) is set to relaunch its PAL Aviation School as a premier pilot training hub, in partnership with globally respected flight training provider Airways Aviation Group. This move strengthens PAL’s long-term commitment to operational excellence, aviation safety, and workforce development.

After a rigorous selection process, PAL chose Airways Aviation’s Australia-based training academy for its proven expertise and adherence to internationally recognized aviation standards. The collaboration ensures PAL cadets will receive world-class training aligned with the highest global benchmarks.

The first batch of PAL cadets will begin their Foundation training and selection process in the Philippines, followed by advanced theoretical and hands-on flight training at Airways Aviation campuses in Australia. There, they’ll be trained by industry experts using state-of-the-art technology and practical flight experience.
