CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Pampanga High School officially welcomed a total of 11,101 students on Monday, June 16, 2025, marking the start of School Year 2025–2026.

As the largest public secondary school in the province, PHS remains committed to providing character-based and high-quality education to both new and returning learners.

According to school data, 6,843 of the enrolled students belong to Junior High School while 4,225 are in Senior High School. An additional 33 students are enrolled in the school’s Special Education (SPED) program. The grade-level enrollment breakdown is as follows: Grade 7 with 1,960 students, Grade 8 with 1,845, Grade 9 with 1,374, Grade 10 with 1,664, Grade 11 with 1,884, and Grade 12 with 2,341.

Teachers and school personnel greeted the returning students—fondly called “PHSians”—with energy and enthusiasm as they entered the campus, marking the beginning of another meaningful academic year. The opening day was filled with excitement, with school staff ensuring a warm and safe return for all learners.

As face-to-face classes resume in full, Pampanga High School continues to uphold its vision of delivering excellent and inclusive education, fostering not only academic success but also personal growth and discipline among students.
