Cebu Pacific has announced the cancellation of several domestic and international flights scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 2025, due to the expected impact of heavy rains and flooding across various parts of the country.
In an advisory issued at 10:00 a.m., the airline listed the following cancelled flights:

5J 565/566: Manila – Cebu – Manila
5J 659/660: Manila – Tacloban – Manila
5J 744/745: Manila – Hanoi – Manila
5J 747: Hanoi – Manila
5J 901/902: Manila – Caticlan – Manila
5J 993/994: Manila – General Santos – Manila
5J 971/970: Manila – Davao – Manila
Affected passengers have been notified via email and are offered the following flexible options through the airline’s Manage Booking portal:
- Free Rebooking – Passengers may rebook their flights without a fare difference for travel within 30 days from the original flight date. Standard fare differences will apply if rebooking is beyond the 30-day period.
- Travel Fund – The ticket value can be stored in a virtual CEB wallet, which may be used for future bookings or add-ons such as baggage and seat selection.
- Full Refund – A full refund of the fare paid.
Cebu Pacific also advises that more delays or cancellations may be possible in the coming days, depending on prevailing weather conditions. The airline is working closely with airport authorities and operations teams to minimize disruption.
Additionally, Cebu Pacific is offering free rebooking and travel fund options for all passengers scheduled to fly to or from Manila from July 22 to 25, 2025, provided changes are made at least two hours before departure.
Passengers are urged not to proceed to the airport unless they have verified that their flights are operating as scheduled. Real-time flight updates are available at www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status or via the CEB mobile app. Travelers are also encouraged to update their contact details through the Manage Booking portal to receive timely flight notifications.
