The Rotary Club of Angeles North, Inc. (RCANI), led by President Lincoln M. Baluyut, successfully hosted the official Governor’s Visit of District 3790 Governor Danilo Philip Torres at Best Western Plus Metro Clark.
President Baluyut, together with the 2025–2026 Board of Directors, welcomed Gov. Torres and his delegation, including Assistant Governor Dr. Erwin Brian Tan and District Secretary Dr. Jean Tan, for an afternoon of dialogue, collaboration, and strategic planning.






Among the key club officers present were Vice President Jojo La Madrid, President-Elect James Park, PP/Secretary Arnel Calaguas, and past presidents currently serving as directors—Maely Silang, Roland Gomez, Jun M. Tolentino, Jimmy So, and Randy Santos—as well as Director Chito Panlilio.
The visit featured structured presentations on the club’s completed, ongoing, and upcoming initiatives, reflecting President Baluyut’s hands-on approach and vision-driven leadership. Gov. Torres lauded the club for its comprehensive plans and clear direction moving into the new Rotary year.
