DOST Secretary Renato Solidum, Jr. visited the Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines (VIP) site in New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac, where he was welcomed by BCDA President and CEO Engr. Joshua M. Bingcang.

Now on its second phase of construction, the VIP—developed through the partnership of #DOST and #BCDA—aims to strengthen the nation’s defense against future viral threats.
