βHANDOG NG PANGULOβ BRINGS AID TO KAPAMPANGANS
Thousands of Kapampangans benefitted from government programs and services during the culminating event of President Ferdinand βBongbongβ Marcos Jr.βs 68th birthday celebration held at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center.
The activity was led by Governor Lilia βNanayβ Pineda, members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, and regional agency heads, with Assistant Secretary Medmier Malig representing DPWH Secretary Vivencio βVinceβ Dizon on behalf of the President.








Among the highlights were:
- NCSC: β±10,000 cash gift each for 70 senior citizens under the Expanded Centenarians Act.
- DSWD: β±15,000 financial assistance for 30 Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) beneficiaries.
- DENR: Turnover of 5,000 bamboo and fruit-bearing seedlings to Pampanga LGUs.
- DTI & SBC: β±6.4M loan for seven beneficiaries and β±15,000 livelihood kits for 32 individuals.
- DOLE: β±1.39M payout for 254 workers under TUPAD; β±109,711.25 for 29 youth under GIP; β±30,000 each for 10 Integrated Livelihood Program beneficiaries; support for six MSMEs under AMP; and β±400,000 worth of livelihood packages for 25 exited 4Ps beneficiaries.
- Health & Livelihood Support: Free medical consultations under Alagang Nanay Preventive Healthcare Program, Kadiwa Market, TESDA allowance distribution, LAB For All Mobile Clinic (X-Ray, ECG), free haircut, and on-site assistance booths.
The βHandog ng Panguloβ program was described as a heartfelt gift from President Marcos, reaffirming his commitment to deliver meaningful assistance and livelihood support, ensuring that progress and government care are felt in every home, community, and Filipino family.
