Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) strengthened its partnership with the Muslim community as the Regional Salaam Advocacy Group welcomed its new set of officers in an oath-taking ceremony held September 19, 2025, at the Patrol Hall, Camp Olivas.
PCOL Reynaldo S. Ogay Jr., Deputy Regional Director for Operations, represented PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. in the event. In a message, PBGEN Peñones affirmed the vision of Acting Chief PNP, PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., for a “Bagong PNP” built on crime prevention, cybercrime response, anti-drug operations, and integrity-building.

The ceremony marked the turnover of leadership from Outgoing President Ustadz Kamar Sabdulla to Incoming President Brother Samsoden P. Manalocon, reflecting the group’s continuing commitment to peacebuilding and unity.
Spearheaded by the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD), the activity reaffirmed the shared resolve of the PNP and the Salaam Advocacy Group to advance respect, harmony, and cooperation in communities across Central Luzon.
