A community-based meat processing training was successfully conducted in Barangay Mapalacsiao, Tarlac City, led by Precy Lumibao and facilitated by TCLASS with trainer Dan Gacusan.
The program, initiated by Mayor Susan Yap in partnership with the Provincial Government of Tarlac under the leadership of Gov. Christian Yap and Vice Gov. Lita Aquino, aims to equip residents with skills that can serve as a foundation for small businesses and provide additional livelihood opportunities for families.
Participants expressed gratitude for the initiative, highlighting its role in fostering a more progressive and thriving Tarlac City.
