Women of Barangay Tibagan participated in a Community-Based Training on Candle Making, showcasing their resourcefulness and entrepreneurial spirit.
The training was spearheaded by Rowena Briones of Mayap Ladies, in partnership with TCLASS and trainer Kurt Cedric Dolueras. Participants not only gained new skills but were also given the opportunity to start potential livelihood ventures.
The program forms part of the livelihood initiatives of Mayor Susan Yap, in collaboration with the Provincial Government under Governor Christian Yap and Vice Governor Lita Aquino, aimed at strengthening household income and promoting community development.
