The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) has requested the Department of Justice (DOJ) to issue an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against more than 30 individuals, including both former and incumbent lawmakers, in connection with its ongoing flood control corruption investigation.
The request was made on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, as part of the ICI’s efforts to prevent those implicated from leaving the country while the probe is underway.
