Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II reaffirmed the city government’s strong partnership with the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) and the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) during the courtesy visit of PBGEN Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., Regional Director of PRO3, on Thursday.

PBGEN Peñones Jr. was accompanied by PCOL Joselito Villarosa Jr., City Director of ACPO, during the visit to Pulung Maragul, Angeles City.

Mayor Lazatin personally led the guests on a tour of the Angeles City Command Center, where he showcased the city’s advanced monitoring systems, real-time situational tools, and public safety infrastructure that strengthen law enforcement and community security.

The visit also underscored the city government’s continuing investments in technology, training, and resources aimed at ensuring a safer environment for Angeleños and visitors.

Mayor Lazatin reiterated his administration’s commitment to close coordination with the Philippine National Police and regional authorities to further enhance crime prevention, emergency response, and safe tourism initiatives.
