In just his first 100 days as Representative of the Pampanga First District, Cong. Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. has already extended free medicines to 1,881 residents across Angeles City, Mabalacat City, and Magalang.

From July 1 to date, 1,285 residents in Angeles City, 555 in Mabalacat City, and 37 in Magalang received medicines delivered straight to their homes by the District Office team.

To further expand healthcare access, Cong. Pogi launched a Mobile Clinic Program on July 24, bringing medical services and laboratory testing directly to far-flung barangays.

Health remains among Lazatin’s top priorities. He has also proposed a ₱40-million allocation for the rehabilitation of Rural Health Units (RHUs) in Mabalacat and Magalang by 2026, alongside plans to build additional RHUs in the First District.

“Ginawa ko po yan nung Mayor ako ng Angeles, at gagawin din po natin ito para sa Mabalacat at Magalang ngayong Congressman na tayo ng Primero Distrito,” Lazatin shared.
