Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the Philippines’ leading carrier, continues to strengthen its Clark hub with the launch of new direct flights to Naga and San Jose, Occidental Mindoro — expanding connectivity across the country and bringing total Clark capacity to 1.7 million seats by the end of 2025.
Beginning October 26, CEB will operate direct Clark–Naga flights four times weekly (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday), while Clark–San Jose flights will operate three times weekly (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) starting October 28.
With these additions, Cebu Pacific now serves 16 destinations from Clark — 12 domestic and four international — giving it the widest network among all carriers operating from the hub. The expansion boosts capacity by 25%, up from 1.4 million seats in 2024, and enables CEB to operate over 11,000 flights in 2025, a 49% increase year-on-year.

“Clark is fast becoming one of the most exciting jump-off points for air travel,” said Cebu Pacific’s Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer Candice Iyog. “With Cebu Pacific’s expanded network, increased capacity, and more affordable fares, we’re giving passengers greater access to key destinations while strengthening Clark’s role as a vital tourism, economic, and transportation hub.”
Iyog also noted the growing demand for travel through Clark. “In the first half of this year alone, Clark International Airport welcomed around 1.7 million passengers, with more than half flying to domestic destinations. This strong demand underscores Clark’s growing role in supporting the country’s tourism sector while easing congestion at Manila’s airport,” she said.

She added that the new flights to Naga and San Jose “directly complement this demand for travel and mobility, bringing the Bicol Region and Occidental Mindoro closer to Central Luzon and opening new pathways for tourism and trade.”
Iyog reaffirmed Cebu Pacific’s long-term commitment to regional development: “Together with our partners in government and the private sector, we envision Clark as a truly world-class tourism and logistics hub — one that rivals the best in the region and continues to open doors for progress and prosperity.”

To celebrate the expansion, Cebu Pacific is offering a special seat sale until October 31, with one-way base fares starting at ₱99 (exclusive of fees and surcharges) for travel until March 31, 2026. When booked in advance, fares from Clark can be up to 33% lower compared to flights from Manila.
Cebu Pacific now operates flights to 37 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
