A new chapter of public service opened in Northern Luzon as JDN Realty Group, through Nepo Mall Dagupan, inaugurated the first-ever Juan BayaniHub in Region 1 on October 20, 2025 — a one-stop service center designed to make government services more accessible to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and their families.

The Juan BayaniHub marks a landmark partnership between the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), and various government agencies including DOLE, TESDA, PESO, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and SSS. Together, they bring essential services — from OEC processing to legal assistance and reintegration support — closer to Pangasinenses, particularly families of migrant workers.
Dagupan City Mayor Belen T. Fernandez described the hub as a vital bridge connecting OFWs and their loved ones.

“Patuloy po ang ating commitment na gawing people-centered ang ating mga programa. Hindi lamang po natin sila tutulungan habang nasa ibang bansa, kundi aalagaan din natin ang kanilang pamilya habang sila ay malayo at sa kanilang muling pagbabalik dito sa ating lungsod,” Mayor Fernandez said.
For JDN Realty Group, the project goes beyond infrastructure — it’s about purpose. By transforming a commercial space into a public service hub, the company demonstrates how business and community service can intersect meaningfully.

“To our OFWs and their families, we hope the Juan BayaniHub helps you find better opportunities and receive the support you deserve,” said Aaron Jeffrey Montenegro, President and CEO of JDN Realty Group.
A Convergence Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed among DMW, OWWA, DOLE, TESDA, and Pangasinan’s 4th District LGUs, ensuring a streamlined system of assistance that spares families from long travels to Metro Manila.
DMW Assistant Secretary Jerome Alcantara lauded the project’s impact on OFWs and their communities.
“Hindi lang po kayo nagbibigay ng tulong sa inyong pamilya, kundi sa inyong komunidad. Kayo ang mga pinakamahuhusay na ambasadors ng ating bansa,” he said.
With the Juan BayaniHub, OFWs and their loved ones no longer need to travel far for assistance. It’s a practical and heartfelt step that honors their sacrifices while ensuring they have continued access to care, guidance, and opportunity — right where they live.
