Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda, together with representatives from DepEd, CHED, DOH, JBLMGH, DILG, PNP, CHR 3, PHO, PSWDO, Provincial Library, PDRRMO, and PIO, led a meeting for the establishment of the Provincial Care Center for the Youth (PCCY) in Pampanga.
The center will serve as a safe and supportive space for Kapampangan youth, addressing emotional, family, school, and social challenges through inter-agency collaboration and expert guidance. It will rise behind the OFW Hospital in the City of San Fernando, with help desks available for consultations.
Second District Board Members Fritzie David-Dizon and Atty. Claire David-Lim joined the initiative in support of this project.
In celebration of National Children’s Month, Governor Nanay and Vice Governor Delta reaffirm their commitment to ensuring that no child is left behind — offering care, understanding, and compassion to the community.
