Residents of Barangay Balucuc, Apalit marked a proud moment on November 7 with the blessing and opening of their new Multi-Purpose Hall and Covered Court, built with support from the provincial government.
The ceremony was led by Vice Governor Dennis โDeltaโ Pineda, Mayor Jun Tetangco, Vice Mayor Peter Nucom, the Sangguniang Bayan of Apalit, and Barangay Captain Joseph Dela Cruz. After nine months of construction, the two facilities are now ready to serve the community for events, public services, and disaster response.





Vice Governor Pineda shared that the province funded โฑ8.56 million for the Covered Court and โฑ3.97 million for the Multi-Purpose Hall. He also thanked the Ponce Family for donating the land, helping make the project possible.
He announced plans to build a Barangay Health Center next, aiming to bring medical services closer to residents.
During the event, the โAlagang Nanayโ program offered free blood tests and maintenance medicines, showing the provinceโs push for better health and wellness.
The new buildings stand as a symbol of teamwork between provincial, municipal, and barangay leadersโproof that progress is reaching every Kapampangan.
Also present were Board Members Kaye Naguit and Vince Calara, Chief of Staff Angie Blanco, and Municipal Administrator Glenn Danting.
