Globe has introduced Rewards Forever, a new loyalty benefit that allows Rewards points earned by Globe Postpaid customers on the All-New GPlan PLUS and all Globe Platinum subscribers to remain valid indefinitely, as long as they stay on an eligible plan. The company said the move reflects its commitment to providing flexible, customer-empowering services that maximize value for every peso spent.
According to Jo Anne Illescas-Pique, Globe Postpaid Head, the no-expiry feature gives subscribers greater control over how and when they use their points. “Rewards Forever allows our Postpaid and Platinum customers to enjoy their points on their own terms, without the pressure of expiration dates,” she said.
Rewards Forever is available to subscribers of the All-New GPlan PLUS, Globe’s latest SIM-only postpaid plan offering an enhanced network experience, unlimited calls and texts to all networks, unlimited landline calls, sizeable data allocations, and the ability to swap data for essential perks such as streaming subscriptions, roaming services, or lifestyle vouchers. The plan also offers discounts on devices and flexible contract options.
Globe Platinum customers automatically benefit from no-expiry Rewards points regardless of their current plan. Points earned can be redeemed for a wide range of perks, from shopping and dining vouchers to digital credits. The Rewards catalog includes P100 GCash credits, P300 vouchers for GrabFood, AutoSweep, and EasyTrip, and P500 vouchers for Landers, IKEA, and Philippine Airlines. Exclusive partner deals from Landers, Ayala Museum, Surge Fitness + Lifestyle, Gap, Bakery Felt, and BLK 513 are also available.
Postpaid customers earn 1 point for every Php50 spent on their monthly bill or add-ons. Enrollment in the program can be done through the GlobeOne app, where subscribers can begin earning and redeeming points immediately. Customers may switch to the All-New GPlan PLUS by renewing their plan or applying via the Globe Online Shop, while those seeking an elevated experience may opt for a Platinum upgrade with True Unlimited data under Platinum Advantage.
