‘SULU NING PASKU’ SHINES AT MUSEO NING ANGELES

SULU NING PASKU officially lit up at Museo Ning Angeles, where the first ever Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony was held today, December 1.

With the lighting ceremony led by Mayor Carmelo ‘Jon’ Lazatin II, Kuliat Foundation Inc. President Lincoln Baluyut, Councilor Maricel Morales-Agoncillo, Sto. Rosario Barangay Captain Rey Cosme, Kagawad Joana Joy Flores, Marco Nepomuceno, Gamat Kapampangan Art Group President Dr. Vittorio Pantig and KFI Officer Giko De Guzman, Sulu Ning Pasku is a symbolic celebration of hope, warmth and unity.

The event also featured a competition of s Christmas decorations created by Gamat Kapampangan artists. According to Dr. Pantig, the art works centered on the theme ‘Bage bage, dininan biye.’ Winners of the competition are: Genesis Reambillo, 1st place, Ernesto Balatbat, 2nd place and Gretchen Bautista, 3rd place.

Sulu Ning Pasku, which officially marks the start of the Christmas season in Angeles City, organized in collaboration with the Kuliat Foundation, Inc., Museo Ning Angeles, Angeles City Government via the Angeles City Tourism Office,City College of Angeles (CCA), and the Gamat Kapampangan Art Group.
