The Universal Cultural Foundation Inc. (UCFI), in partnership with NUServe, the corporate social responsibility arm of NUSTAR Resort Cebu, has delivered two batches of in-kind relief assistance to the Cebu City Government on November 17 and December 1, 2025, in a handover ceremony held at Cebu City Hall.
A total of ₱5 million was allocated for emergency aid, covering solar lights, emergency tents, food supplies, daily necessities, hygiene kits, and mosquito nets. The relief initiative is being rolled out in three phases, with the final batch set for distribution before year-end, each aligned with the Cebu City LGU’s identified priority needs.

The first batch, received by Mayor Nestor Archival, included 400 care packages containing essential food and hygiene items, 400 emergency tents, and 800 mosquito nets for affected communities. The succeeding batches feature additional food provisions and construction materials to support rebuilding efforts in heavily affected municipalities.
UCFI and NUServe reaffirm their commitment to aiding the ongoing relief and recovery work in Cebu City and Cebu Province, strengthening their shared mission to foster community resilience through current and future humanitarian initiatives.
