According to 7th Civil-Military Operations Battalion (7CMOBn) Acting Commanding Officer LtCol. Russel Anthony Bumanglag, the initiative is part of the Civil-Military Operations Regiment’s ongoing efforts to promote the well-being of soldiers and the communities they support.

“Ito po ay para sa health and wellness ng ating mga kasundaluhan, mga dependents, at maging sa community,” Bumanglag emphasized.

The Philippine National Police also joined the event by processing License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) applications and conducting firearms verification.

Government and private partners—including the Public Employment Services Office (PESO), City Savings, and the Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative —also contributed by offering their services to beneficiaries.

The Tarlac activity forms part of simultaneous nationwide efforts of CMOR units to deliver essential support to both soldiers and civilians. (PIA Region 3-Tarlac)
