Mayor Geld Aquino led the distribution of ₱7,380 cash assistance to students under the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in Mabalacat City. A total of 700 students benefited from the program.

The distribution was held on December 16 in Brgy. Sta. Ines, Mabalacat City, with the Mayor personally spearheading the activity alongside city officials, including Councilors Marjorie Sambo and Ike Morales, and Mabalacat City PESO Head Jacqueline Bungay.

The SPES program aims to provide students with temporary employment to help support their educational needs while developing work skills and discipline.

In his message, Mayor Aquino thanked the beneficiaries for their participation and assured continued support for programs that promote education, employment, and a brighter future for Mabalacateño youth. The activity was organized in partnership with the Mabalacat Government in Action Center (MGA Center).
