Mabalacat City College (MCC) emerged as the Top 1 Performing School nationwide in the 2025 Customs Broker Licensure Examination (CBLE) after posting an impressive 97.06% passing rate, with 66 of 68 examinees successfully passing the board exam.

Mayor Geld Aquino personally commended the newly licensed customs brokers during a testimonial program held in their honor, lauding their achievement as a testament to the quality of education and collective effort in the city.

Several MCC graduates also secured spots in the Top 10 nationwide, led by Sophia Olalia Pineda, who ranked Top 6 with a rating of 93.00%. She was followed by Lyka Maneclang Bautista at Top 8 (92.50%), Chemalyne Nicdao Canlas and Jim Zane Abarquez Dizon, both at Top 9 (92.25%), and Jianne Trisha Garcia Olalia, who placed Top 10 with 92.00%.

Mayor Aquino said the achievement reflects the city’s sustained investment in education and the strong partnership between students, faculty, and local government.
